- Candidates must visit the official website of JoSAA: josaa.nic.in
- There are various options available on the home page.
- In the top navigation bar, candidates will locate the certificate format.
- Candidates need to click on it. It will be redirected to the certificates format page.
- There will be four options, among which candidates must select the “Medical certificate”.
- Candidates will be redirected to a PDF. They can check the details and download it.

JoSAA Counselling Process
The candidates must first register for JoSAA 2023 and then complete the choice-filling procedure to be considered for JoSAA counselling and be allotted a seat. The step-by-step process for JoSAA registration and choice filling processes are listed below.
1. Registration
- Visit the official website of JoSAA 2023.
- Click on the given relevant JoSAA 2023 registration link.
- Use your respective JEE Main or JEE Advanced credentials to log in.
- Fill out the required details with great precision.
- Review your form, submit and take a printout for further procedures.
2. Choice Filling and Locking
- After the registration process, candidates must choose their course and college preferences.
- The names of institutions the candidates are eligible to apply for will be listed on the website.
- The candidates must select the choices in the order of their preferences.
- After the choice filling is done, candidates must lock their choices.
- Candidates must take a printout of their choice filling the form for admission.
3. Document Verification
- Candidates must carry all the documents mentioned for reporting.
- Besides, xerox copies and original documents are to be carried.
- Marksheets of candidate’s class X and XII, JEE Main admit card, and JEE Main mark sheet is to be carried.
4. Reporting to the Assigned College
- As mentioned by the officials, candidates are requested to report to their respective colleges.
- Next, after the counselling is conducted, candidates must wait for the college to publish the list of selected candidates.
- If they are shortlisted, they must pay the admission fee.
