Bengaluru, May 2026: The International Institute of Business Studies, IIBS Bengaluru, successfully hosted the NextGen EXIM Summit 2026 at its Airport Campus from 13th to 15th May 2026. Managed by Shrimati B. Devi Educational and Charitable Trust, the three-day summit brought together distinguished personalities, industry leaders, academicians, and students on one dynamic platform.

The event was honoured by the gracious presence of eminent personalities from diverse professional backgrounds, each adding great value, inspiration, and learning to the summit.
Mr. Naveen Saiju, a renowned Indian playback singer, known for soulful hits like “Ede Olagina Tamate”, memorable songs from Lucia, and his recent track “Ningannai” from the 2026 film Lo Naveena has inspired our students with his creative journey and shared a powerful message on passion, dedication, and perseverance.
Mr. Suman Talwar, an iconic Indian actor best known for his work in Telugu and Tamil cinema, in which he has acted in over 700 films across 10 languages spanning a nearly five-decade career has added grace to the summit with his distinguished presence. He motivated students through his life experiences, professional discipline, and commitment to excellence.
Mr. Hitesh Munikrishnaiah, Senior Manager II, Operations & Quality Assurance at Zepto, shared valuable industry insights on operations, quality standards, and the fast-evolving business ecosystem.
Mr. Satish Kumar, Ex-Banker, MBA-IB, Certified Master Trainer, and alumnus of Skill India, NIESBUD, and NSIC Okhla, addressed students on export-import business, banking, entrepreneurship, and skill development.
Mr. Anjan A, Vice President, Talent Management & Learning, highlighted the importance of building future-ready leaders, developing professional capabilities, and creating a strong workplace culture.
Ms. Pavithra Rajgopal, Vice President – Human Resources at Optimo Capital, former Global Head at ID Fresh Food, and former Corporate HR professional at AU Small Finance Bank, shared meaningful insights on human resources, leadership, and change management. She has also pursued senior management learning from IIM Kozhikode and IIM Indore.
The summit also received encouraging messages from eminent personalities who expressed their valued support. Shri Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, Hon’ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation, conveyed his appreciation for the initiative, while Ms. Shreya Shukla, Indian actress and model, extended her support and best wishes for the success of the summit.
As the Chief Patron of the summit, Dr. Jay Prakash, Hon’ble Chairman, IIBS Bangalore, said, “Our aim is to inspire young minds with global business awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and industry-ready skills.”
During the sessions, the speakers emphasized the importance of global business knowledge, communication skills, leadership qualities, adaptability, innovation, and industry readiness.
