FYJC 11th admission 2022-23 special round 1 seat allotment results were released on 5th September 2022. Students who failed to get admission in the previous three rounds got priority in the special round 1 FYJC 2022 seat allocation. FYJC released the revised timetable for round 1 (CAP seats) and round 4 (Quota and Bifocal seats) for the admission process 2022-23.

FYJC 11th Admission 2022-23 - Important Dates & Details

Earlier, admission to the FYJC was based on the CET (Common Entrance Test) score. It was considered to fill the education gap students lost in the academic year. However, the Bombay High Court cancelled it, stating it would be unfair. Admissions are now based on class 10th marks and the internal assessments of students, and students whose names are listed on the merit list will be eligible for admissions to schools affiliated with the board. FYJC 11th Admission Eligibility Criteria 2023

It is imperative to know the eligibility of the class Maharashtra FYJC 11th online admission process before the student fills out the FYJC/11th admission forms. The following are the complete eligibility criteria to be fulfilled for FYJC Admission:

• Students must pass their 10th or SSC or equivalent exam from MSBSHSE or any recognised board with English as a core subject.

FYJC 11th General Admission Rules and Regulations

Here are certain rules and regulations that candidates seeking admission must follow:

• If you want to join FYJC class 11th, you should first look at the number of streams accessible.

• According to the admissions guidelines, students will only be able to choose one stream.

• Although several colleges provide FYJC admission in several streams, some institutions reserve seats for students who get good marks and rank high on the merit list. According to the admissions guidelines, students will only be able to choose one stream.

• After filling the seats that were reserved for bright students, seats under various quotas are filled.

• Students will have a lot of alternatives when it comes to choosing colleges. However, students will only be able to pick from a list of ten colleges. As a result, consider your options carefully before making a wise decision.

• If you want to change your stream, you can do so during the admissions rounds.

FYJC Instructions for Non-State Board Students

Here are the instructions for Non-State board students applying for FYJC:

• Students from non-state boards like ICSE, NIOS, CBSE, and IB who want to attend state board junior colleges can start filling out 'Part A' of the FYJC application forms.

• The CAP committee has instructed non-state board students to fill up their 'best five' scores in the admission forms.

• NIOS students need to fill in the details on their mark sheet. Students should be aware that those who have the remark "subject yet to be declared" on their mark sheet will not be eligible to apply for FYJC.

• The subject group for ICSE students will be considered for admission to FYJC.

• For International Board (IB) students, marks secured in all subjects must be calculated and converted out of 500 marks. IB students will not be eligible for the 'best of five' formula.

Important Guidelines for FYJC Admission 2023

The following are some of the important guidelines that candidates should keep in mind when filling out the FYJC application: 

• Candidates who have passed class 10th from CBSE, ICSE, or any other board must fill out and submit Appendix “A” form.

• Students from boards other than the Maharashtra board need to fill best five scores in admission forms.

• The subject group for ICSE will be considered for FYJC admission.

• Candidates can change their selected stream only once while filling the form 2.

• For HSVC and bifocal subjects, 25% of the seats will be reserved for the students who have passed 10th with V1, V2 and V3.
