| Chapter 5 | Periodic Classification of Elements: This chapter interprets the different periodic classification and their elements. |
| Chapter 6 | Life Processes: It covers the six stages of life processes in humans and plants namely: Nutrition, metabolism in plants, respiration, transportation, reproduction, metabolism in humans, and various concepts coming under the purview of this chapter. |
| Chapter 7 | Control and Coordination: Concepts like relaxing action, walking, synapses between two neurons, and so forth are discussed in this chapter. |
| Chapter 8 | How Do Organisms Reproduce?: There are two ways for reproduction for any organism namely sexual and asexual. These concepts will be discussed in this chapter. |
| Chapter 9 | Heredity and Evolution: The genome sequences of organisms are described in this chapter. |
| Chapter 10 | Light reflection and refraction: Different types of mirrors such as concave and convex and how they function in the presence of light and the process involved in it are described in this chapter. |
