CBSE Class 10 Physics Syllabus 2023-24 for Practicals

CBSE class 10th physics internal assessment consists of 30 marks. Hence students should be aware of the practical experiments to score good marks. So equal attention and preparation for theory and practical exams are essential. This will help them score high marks and help them understand the concepts better through practical experiments:

  1. Focal length determination of concave mirror and convex lens by getting the image of a distant object.
  2. Tracing the path of a ray of light passing through a rectangular glass slab for different angles of incidence.
  3. Measure the angle of incidence, refraction, and emergence angle and interpret the result.
  4. Tracing the path of the rays of light through a glass prism.
  5. Find the image distance for varying object distances in a convex lens and draw corresponding ray diagrams to show the nature of the image formed.
