Candidates can apply online filling up the application form available on the official website.
All the applicants are required to ensure the Photo/ Thumb/ Signature are uploaded according to the specifications given in the form.
Foreign nationals are not required to fill up the Online Registration form of AIIMS.
Admissions to AIIMS, Dehradun takes place based on the results of the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination.
The institute has an intake of 100 students. The reservation policy followed will be:
50 seats for UR candidates.
27 seats available for OBC candidate.
15 seats for SC candidates.
8 seats for ST students.
A 5% reservation for PWBD [Person with Benchmark Disability].
Candidate should be a minimum of 17 years to participate in AIIMS, Dehradun admissions 2020
The candidate must have passed the [10+2] qualifying examination for CBSE/ I.Sc/ Board of Indian State with English and PCB as the core subjects.
Candidate should obtain a minimum of 60% marks in PCB and English.
For SC/ ST and PWBD candidates, the cutoff is reduced to 50% marks in the above subjects mentioned.
Candidates who have their scores in CGPA grades will have to apply the conversion factor in the application form.
OCI registered under section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955 and NRI are also eligible to appear in the test and all the terms and conditions are applicable for Indian Nationals.
These candidates will have to submit proof of Registration as OCI/ NRI to be eligible to appear for this test.
The eligibility criteria are to get good rank in AIIMS.
