Nithyanow's Review on A. P. Shah Institute of Technology

Students are provided opportunities for doing internships in all the semester breaks. The college has very good training and placement cell. Placement records of the college are very good with many reputed and top companies hiring the final year students. College also has alumni cell.

The college is WI-FI enabled, with AC classrooms and smart boards, and well-equipped laboratories. It has a good library with a vast collection of books. It also has e-library facility, computational labs, auditorium, seminar halls, canteen, etc.

Eligibility is as per the guidelines given by DTE. Admission is through the CET score for the first-year engineering courses. For entry into the direct second year, the student must have passed a diploma in Engineering, and admission is as per DTE guidelines.

The faculty is dedicated and teach the students through offline and online platforms. All notes can be referred to anytime by the student through the e-learning platform. Classes are conducted regularly on weekdays. Projects, exams, assignments are all given as per the Mumbai university syllabus. 

College does not accept donations from students. Only fees are to be paid by the students. College also offers many extra courses to the students in addition to the regular curriculum of Mumbai university.

The college has various active clubs connected to all the departments. Modified auto club, CESA, MESA, IGBC student chapter, etc. are some of them. It also has a social service team LAKSHYA, Expressions club for communication skills, and a lot more.
