Aditi Kumri's Review on JIS School of Polytechnic

I am in 1st year now so I didn't have done any. But in our college almost all senior students get placed with a decent job a good salary package. Companies like RDC concrete , sakura autoparts , piaggio, bajaj and etc. Average salary might be rs. 10,000-18,000 per month. The highest salary offered 3,000. The Alumni network are very good and they are very helpful and friendly.

In total 3 or 4 hostels are there separate boys and girls. The hostels are very good and clean and well maintained. The hostel fee is 5000 for per month. PGs are also good. The food is very good of our college,its cost 50rs or 80 rs. The quality of classrooms and labs are also good and well clean.

The eligibility criteria and admission procedure of my course is I took direct admission in this college. And my admission process is through some offline form fill up and a online form fill up. Jexpo entrance examination.

The daily routine is punctual in time sharp from 9:30 to 5:30. Many assignments and projects work, lab work, workshops and class tests are conducted and two internal exams and some viva and external exams also. The quality and methods of teaching is excellent and very understandable. The overall experience is very nice and good in college many things are available for learning.

Rs. 30000/- is the course fee per year at JIS School of Polytechnic, [JISSP] Kolkata. My course is electronics and telecommunication, and the institute charged fees 20,000 per semester out of 6 semester. And the admission fees is 35,000 for each course. Many scholarship options are available to the students government has lots of scholarship facilities like national scholarship portals, sawami vivekananda scholarships, SC at scholarship , minority scholarship also available . 80% of students who get scholarships. Yes loans facility is also there.

The students societies are good. The main festival's on campus is tech- fest. In our institute most of the festivals are celebrated. And we participate in every fest many programs and activities are conducted,and competitions also. Every year our institute organizes sports like outdoor and indoor games like cricket, football, badminton etc. Life in college is very nice ,enjoyable and many things to learn in every day basis.
