I secured MHRD scholarship for 4 long years, (you can get it if the cgpa is above 7) Marketing company, seeds and fertilizer company, some food industries etc. It varies from INR 20000-40000 per month. Had very good alumni so far as I observed.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

3.5

We had very good hostel facilities, food is also very good. Hostel fee is around INR 2500 per month. Outside the college we get so many pgs which are quite costly. All infrastructure are very good and up to the mark.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

12+ in Karnataka, also you can apply based on agricultural quota if any KCET exam conducted by KEA. 2000 ranking for GM. You can also attend practical exams for getting special agricultural ranking if you are applying under agricultural quota.

Academics and Faculty

3.5

We will have classes from 8 am to 5 pm, during which 2 hrs to 3 hrs of theory classes and 4 hrs of practical classes of various subjects, we would love to visit various fields, field works are very good experience, teachers are also very nice teaching methods are best, we will get more exposure to out of class experience that is field works, growing crops, collection of insects, making herbarium all these practical exposures teaches us the reality of what we study.

It'll be fixed by the government and university I guess it varies year to year, during my course the fee structure was INR 10000 per semester, we have 8 semesters. Beginning that is during the first year have to pay government fee as well it was around INR 18000, Final year you will be having a stipend for RAWEP program will be given by college

Clubs and Associations

3.5

Student associations are there, I was a part of Kannada Balaga where we students used to arrange programs called Kannada Tingala Habba every month about Karnataka culture, dance forms, motivational speech etc with the help of lectures. There are some other associations as well. We used to celebrate Independence day, Republic day, college annual fest, fresher's party and send-off parties as well. college life was awesome it gave me good opportunity to learn many things in my life and wear graduation as a crown on my head.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got admission in uas bangalore through ICAR exam conducted around june every year. The application forms are released in the month of April. Anybody can give this exam after 12th. The streams needed are biology or maths. UAS Bangalore is one of the top university in its field. It's very active in taking regular classes and conducting exams.  Even being a government college the facilities are very good. If u get a college outside your home state, you will be given a monthly scholarship too. The campus has an area of around of 1300 acres with a lush green environment in which you will never get bored of.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : UAS Bangalore is an agricultural university providing a degree in Agriculture. Agri marketing and Agri engineering. Any science student who has taken PCMB during their 11th and 12th class can write state exam and get into this university. Centrally there is an exam called ICAR exam which can also be applied to get into this university. To get into this course the most important thing is having PCMB in class 11th n 12th. The students who only have PCB will be made to take up mathematics after joining the course. Having a score of about 60% in boards is necessary to get into this college.  College has good ambience and excellent staff and infrastructure. Provides a wide variety of subjects and a good education learning programme. It is overall a very good college to join. It stands at 5th position in India for Agri colleges and 2nd in the southern region for agriculture studies.
