A student should have passed 12th class with more than 75% and a score of at least 20% marks in JEE MAIN. 

I have not done any internship yet. Google, Microsoft, AMD and more than 280 companies come to our campus for the placement. Average package for CS branch in Thapar is INR 8-9 lack per annum and it has very wide and effective alumni network.

The course fee is around INR 3 lakh per year and very wide range of scholarships are provided by the college on the basis of merit and the loans are easily available from the college. 

The daily routine is well planned and the overall experience is good at the college.

There are 3 to 4 hostels and the fee is around  INR 6000 per month, there are many PG\'s available outside the college and the quality of classrooms, labs and wifi is excellent.

As I am in Thapar University the eligibility criteria of MTech is first you should have 60% in graduation and you should be GATE qualified. If you are not GATE qualified you have to crack the TU entrance exam.
