The PGDM programs offered in the field of Human Resources, Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics jointly with industry leaders like the Manpower Group, Safeducate and IBM. Having a collaboration with these industry leaders helps lloydians to get good placements and internship opportunities. one can easily get an average package of 6-8 lakh. Also, students are placed in companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Manpower, Safeducate, Sony, Samsung and many more and a major Job Fest Niyukti is organized every year to keep the placements upfront.

Lloyd has a very good infrastructure with all the facilities along with a seminar hall which can accommodate 250 students at a time. Faculty members in the college are among the best. All the faculty members have a background of working in different renewed MNCs and research institutes. The quality of teaching is very good. The college keeps on providing industry exposure in companies such as Bisleri, Dabur, Coco-Cola, etc., which shall be helpful for the corporate world. Teachers are very experienced and highly motivated. Some faculty members are from renowned institutes. Teaching quality is good, and the teaching methodology is very good.
