The course fee for B.Des degree is around INR 2,00,000 per year. No scholarships are available for general people. Yes, loan is needed too.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Students who are 10th +12th passed out are eligible to apply. They have to give entrance and according to their rank, they are allotted a NIFT center from all over India. NIFT entrance is the entrance to be given. There are no cutoffs generally.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : There were two rounds, CAT and round 2 was hands-on material. It's a rank based system.
