Placements and Internships

4

I haven't done any internships yet, but I will in further. The placements are good at this college. The companies mostly came to this college for last year are TVS, Ashok Leyland, Hero Honda etc. Those companies took nearly half of the total mechanical engineers present in that particular year. The highest salary which I have heard is 7 lakhs per annum. Most of the other branches will be the same except for the Tata consultancy services which nearly took 1100 students this year without branch exception.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

5

There are total 7 hostels for boys and 5 for girls. The fees for hostels is different for different buildings but it doesn't cross more than 20,000/- per annum. The college also provides different opportunities like law, M.tech integrated, and specialization in different subjects and fees is same as b.tech i.e INR 1,10,000/- per annum. Food is quite adjusted, the cost is 120/- per day. Most of the classes are filled with projectors for digital learning, various labs are provided, and a big block of the library with the large number of books on all subjects, Wi-Fi facility but only for laptops.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

There is no entrance test for this university, it all depends on the basis of AIEEE score and intermediate marks and reservations are according to locality. I took different entrance tests for different universities but this is best among them. The cutoff for the mechanical branch is 75% AIEEE score and 25% from the intermediate score. Generally, every department has the same cutoff for this deemed university

Academics and Faculty

3.5

Class timings are from morning 9 am to evening 5.30 pm. The exams are conducted for every 40 days and taken best 2 out of 3. Assignments are given once in every two weeks. Quality of teaching is good, it mostly depends upon the faculty, we are dealing with. Their approach is different. The experience of college is well expected and nice.

Fees and Scholarships

4.5

The course fee is 1,10,00/- per annum. The scholarship is provided by the college depends upon the grades, attendance of the student, exact payment of fees without fines etc. 20% to 30% of students who applied for the scholarship can avail about 16,000/- per annum. A middle-class family student can continue without loan unless if his parents facing a difficulty. The loan process can be done by the bank present in the college itself.

Clubs and Associations

4.5

There are different clubs like mat club, robotics club and different fests are going to hold every year for their respective departments. Main fests are coliseum for sports and Daksh and Kurukshetra are cultural and technical fests. To me generally, college life is boring.
