I have finished industrial training at the Lalit golf and spa resort goa for a duration of 17 weeks. After completion of the course, there are a huge number of campus students placements with a wide range of packages starting from around 15k/month to a max of 34k/month (for the year 2017-18).
There are a boys hostel and a girls hostel located in the campus itself. There are a number of PGs outside college and the contact information for the agents is available in the college. The hostel fees for the year 2017-18 is 60k/month. The lunch is provided in the college free of charge to all students. The classrooms are large and airy. It is a huge on-campus library, a computer lab, a student's mess, a cafetería, wifi hotspots courtesy of Vodafone, two restaurants for training students, 4 kitchens, and 2 bakeries.
There is an annual entrance test called NCHMCT JEE, it has questions on general aptitude, scientific aptitude, arithmetic, English and basic hospitality knowledge. The cutoff depends on where you want to take admission. The eligibility is cleared 10+2 with any stream and English as one of the languages.
The classes are from 0900 to 1630 hours. The teachers are very experienced and notes are circulated regularly.
The average fees amount to 78k/year. There is a college scholarship available but it is not enough to pay the whole fees. 10-15 students get the scholarship per batch.
