Placements and Internships
As being a fresher, I have tried at several places for internship and I got one which had no stipend. But anybody willing to work with stipend can do. Accenture, MPhasis, cognizant are some companies that hire students from our campus. 3LPA is the average package given to any student. Due to some issues this year, the percentage of places students has been decreased.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are numbers of hostels available for students. 50K per year has to be paid including mess food. Outside there are PG options are also available. Food quality is average. Not so high and developed classrooms, labs, libraries, wifi and other infrastructure.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The procedure by which most students apply is by the Maharashtra website. Many of them apply directly to get admission in any branch available. JEE Mains was the exam that I had attempted. Any score in mains exam can be eligible to get admission. The documents are required during the process.
Academics and Faculty
Semester wise assignments are given. Classes are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM 6 days a week. Even Saturdays are off. Quality is good.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fees are different for the different category. Like for general it is 85K, 50%that of general category and so on. The scholarship is available for Maharashtra domicile and Jammu domicile students. 50% students of total students are pursuing graduation on scholarship only. The loan can be available from any government Bank.

Clubs & Associations : There are so many clubs available for the students. There are many cultural events take place in the college. Sinhgad Karandak is the main festival on campus. There are many technical events organized by the college during this festival.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility Criteria is simple at SKN Sinhgad Institute of Technology and Science.A good score in 12th std that is about 60% and a decent JEE score is about it.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You need to pass 12th HSC to get admission for the first year of a bachelor of engineering at SKN Sinhgad Institute of Technology and Science, [SKNSITS] Pune i.e BE. You can also get admission to direct the second year through completing diploma. The cut off for diploma candidates for open is about 75-80%.
