Placements and Internships
Yes, I have done the internship. Mostly IT companies hire from our college. The average salary is INR 4 lakh and the highest is INR 10 lakh per annum. 40% of students get placed in mechanical.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Hostels are well maintained but the fee is quite high. PGs options are available near the Sachi and Indergadi. Food is cheap. The infrastructure of the college is good but teaching method is poor.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
UPTU and JEE MAIN are the entrance exams to get the admission. The minimum rank of 4,000 in UPTU and 50,000 in JEE MAIN is required.
Academics and Faculty
Not so much good as labs are just a formality after 1st year. Method of teaching is really very bad.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is INR 1.15 lakh per annum. UP government provides scholarships. 1000 student on average is covering the scholarship. No loan is required for the education.
Clubs and Associations
Many societies and clubs are there but college takes no interest in them. Only sports festival are conducted regularly. College life is poor.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is 12th pass in PCM stream for getting into Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College. UPSEE entrance exam is required for getting into this college. The cut-off is typically high.

I gave UPSEE entrance examination in 2013 and got a decent rank to get enrolled in Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College. The typical cutoff of my college is UPSEE rank under 8000 or 85+ percentage in PCM.
