Placements and Internships
Internships and placement process is good. I got selected in DAKS INDIA for an intern in an operational role at Delhi location. All the first year students of my batch have multiple offers for a summer internship with high stipends. Vedanta, Daks India, QuantArt, Shree Cements much more offered placements. Average stipend is INR 59,000.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Full Air Conditioned classrooms with good projector and speakers, Hostel rooms are furnished with single room facility, RO filters on each floor, clean washrooms, sports room with TT table, carrom, chess etc, common room with big screen LCD TV and discussion table.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
To get admission here students need to pass CAT entrance exam and the seat will be allotted according to marks.
Academics and Faculty
The faculty over here is perhaps the best all over India and is the same as that of IIM Calcutta (mentor of IIM BG) perhaps this is the best benefit which is there in IIMBG.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee structure is INR 10.5 lakh for 2 years. PGP program(including hostel) which is to be paid in 6 equal installments of INR 1,75,000. But not to worry because banks will run after you to give the loan to you which can be repaid in approximately 25 years of time horizon.(interest rate is nearly 8.4%). Also for financially weak students, there is an assistance scheme in which fee is reduced.
Clubs and Associations
There is annual fest being organized each year namely ELEGANTE in which students of all IIMS participate in cultural, management and sports events.
