Veda Sardeshpande's Review on ICFAI Business School, [IBS] Pune

Many companies come on the campuses for providing internship after the second semester. An internship for 3.5 months is necessary for the student to complete the project work. For final placements, companies like Amazon, HDFC, CCD, Khimji Ramdas, ITC, ICICI, etc come on campus. The highest package this year was INR 12 lakh per annum while the average package is around INR 6 lakh per annum. College offers courses such as Marketing, Hr, Finance, Operations, IT, BA as well.

The college does not facilitate its student with any of the hostels. But at the time of admission, the college does guide the students in getting proper accommodation. The library and IT labs are well equipped. There is AC classroom which makes the learning experience very comfortable.

The process for applying to IBS is through IBSAT entrance test which is accepted in all the IBS campuses across India. The exam has a series of slot choice, which the candidate can choose as per their convenience. The test is MCQs types and has no negative marking. Once the entrance exam has cleared, the candidate has to visit the IBS Hyderabad campus for the group discussion and personal interview session, after which the final campus is allotted to the student as per their performance.

There are many visiting faculties on campus so the classes are shedule according to that. But the everyday timing is 8:30 am to 4 pm which might differ if there are any extra classes. The teaching method is interactive and the faculties members are highly educated and experienced.

My course fees for two years is around INR 7 lakh. Loans are required and can be easily taken from the bank.

There are various clubs on campuses like Magazine club, HR club, marketing club, focus club, etc. The annual fest of IBS Pune is Zeal. MY college life here is perfect.
