Placements and Internships
I haven’t done any internship yet. This university has good placements and internships from top companies around the globe like Bosch, Ashok Leyland, L&T etc.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are separate hostels for boys and girls. It costs INR 88,000 for one year. Meals are free and are good. Lab facilities, wifi, classrooms and other key infrastructures are good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The candidate must clear the AEEE exam and must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute. The cutoff rank must be below 10,000.
Academics and Faculty
Classes start at 9 am and end at 4 pm. There are quizzes, assignments, tutorial tests conducted periodically. And two midterm exams per semester is conducted. Quality and method of teaching are good and the syllabus is standard.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee is INR 2,50,000 per annum. The scholarships are available for the students who ranked below 3,000.
Clubs and Associations
There are various cultural, art, literature and sports clubs. Anokha is a most important festival of this university, in which many tech competitions, workshops and programs are held. Life in Amrita is wonderful.
