College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

3

Classrooms are comfortable and easily accessible. The library is not extensive and could be improved. The campus is clean and hygienic, the gardens being one of the popular places for the students to hang out at.

Clubs and Associations

4

Students eager to participate in extra curricular activities are in for a treat because the university provides a wide range of societies and clubs. The Theatre ensemble, the Dance Society, the Lit Society, Society of Visual Culture; these are just a few of the many groups students can choose to associate with.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Bharat Ratna Dr. BR Ambedkar University falls under the state government and it follows the same merit-based criteria for admissions. Five or more cut-offs are released as per the number of students and first come first serve basis system is followed for the people with same marks. Entrance exams are only for masters or other higher courses and not for graduation level. Cut-offs for literature start from 95% or above as per the demand of the course and it goes maximum to 80 as students still find DU as their first priority because Ambedkar is a younger university and people still are unaware of it but once it's considered it proves to be a better place towards exposures among other universities.
