Placements are decent in KSIT. Being an old organization and having eminent faculty in the college, the placements are shooting high every year. The alumni network is very good in the college and very helpful.
There are three hostels. Two of them are for boys and one for girls. The facilities in the hostel are quite impressive and help students to stay in a healthy atmosphere and learn together.
KCET Exam was the entrance exam to choose any technical college in Karnataka. The cutoff ranks vary every year and also majorly depends on the steam we choose.
The timings of college are usually from 8:30 am to 4 pm. Faculty in all the departments are highly qualified and are highly student friendly. The overall experience about college is that it is a good platform to start technical education.
The college fee apart from KCET fee varies every year. Probably around INR 25 thousand. These figures may vary also. Scholarships are provided based on the terms and conditions by the government.
There are a number of clubs in the college, both technical clubs and cultural clubs. These club activities help students to learn and perform in their fields. These play an important role in college life because this will get a number of students together on a single stage.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Comedk, Cet, Jee are the exams that should be taken up to join this college. Comparatively less yearly fee. Good, average cut off. Very strict in terms of assignment and record work submission. Not a place to search for fun time.
