Placements and Internships
- Himgiri Zee University, Dehradun has provided us internship opportunities at CTD (center for technology and development) here at Dehradun. Basically, this CTD works on food processing product where you can learn many things about processing e.g, jam, jelly, pickle etc. there were many more products.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Separate hostel for boys and girls is provided at Himgiri Zee University, Dehradun. The hostel is quite good where 3 students are given to stay in one room. You can also stay in a single room where AC is provided.
- Hostel fee per semester fees is Rs.25,000/- per semester.
- For mess you have to pay separately, it was Rs. 16,000/ per semester.
- The food is good at the University and Rs. 40/- per meal.
- The quality of Classrooms, Labs, Libraries, Dining halls Wi-Fi and other infrastructure was quite well.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria for getting admission for the course B.Sc agriculture at Himgiri Zee University, Dehradun is minimum 45% in 10+2.
Academics and Faculty
- The college timing at Himgiri Zee University, Dehradun is from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm then an hour long lunch break and then from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm is the daily routine for the class.
- The quality of teaching for the Department of Agriculture is quite good. You can also ask questions if you have doubts and also raise Questions to the lecturer.
- The overall experience was very good for me as I got many new friends and got to know learned many different things.

- Scholarships are available for meritious students, most of the students get scholarships at the University.

- The student societies organize sports and cultural festival.
