Placements and Internships
- IT Companies like TCS,HP,infotech,etc come to JMIT for hiring students . Other major companies like Hero Motocorp, Digitech also come for hiring students.
- The highest package isnt constant it can be 12 lakhs or 8 lakhs depends on student to student and batch to batch.
- For IT and CSE Students around 80% are placed with good packages and mechanical and electrical too get handsome package placements.
- Alumni network is also good many alumnis are called for guest lectures and motivation .
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- JMIT has around 5 hostels in good and well maintained condition. The hostel fee as i have mentioned earlier is very affordable i.e. 2700 per month of an a.c. room tripleseater where i am living.
- Mess provides quality food with just an amount of rs.20 per meal.
- Classrooms and labs are well maintained and whole campus ia in wifi connectivity. Own dispensary is owned by the college and prolific and lushy green environment is there around the college away from the pollution of the cities.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria for admission at JMIT is that one has to give the jee mains examination and further seats are given during the counselling.
Academics and Faculty
- The classes start early at 9.30 am and get over till 4.00pm . Lunch timings are from 12.45 am till 1.45 pm.
- Quality of education is too good and all teachers and H.O.D's are well experienced and highly graduated . They are all motivated and help at every moment whenever there is problem to any student.
- My experience about college is that the environment of the college is good and support from teachers adds a winning edge over other colleges.
Fees and Scholarships
- Fees per year at JMIT is affordable and is Rs88,000 only
- Scholarships for students having 85% above in 10+2 exams are available .
- TFW seats are also available for financially weak students. Around 70% eligible students get scholarships and interest free loans are given by the college only . Hence no need to worry
Clubs and Associations
- JMIT has very less cultural events and students are forced to attwnd classes like they are small kids. College life is not so good but hostel life is worth living ✌
