Placements and Internships

4

  • The Placements are good in MAIT, especially if you belong to computer science, IT or ECE field.
  • The Average package for freshers is around 3.5-4 lakhs p.a.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

3.5

  • There are 186 beds available in the hostel but the PGs around MAIT are easily available.
  • Food in the mess is pretty good.
  • The Classrooms are well maintained.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

  • Anyone who has passed his 12th standard and below 27 can fill up the admission form and appear in the Common Entrance test(CET).
  • The basic cutoff you can be admitted to various colleges affiliated to GGSIPU According to your rank scored in CET. If you are from Delhi you can have an upper hand on the students coming from out Delhi region as there is a special quota of 85% seats reserved for Delhi people.
  • The cutoff is usually higher for outside Delhi region people. All the best to all of you out there if you are planning to appear for the CET.

Academics and Faculty

4

  • The Class timings are from 8:15-3:45.
  • Teachers in MAIT are really good with a good quality of teaching habits and higher degrees, Almost all of them are P.Hd holders.

Fees and Scholarships

3.5

  • My course fee is around Rs.97,250 p.a
  • Scholarship options are for students with family income below 2.5 lakhs p.a, and the scholarship will vary from 0 to 100% of annual fee charges.

Clubs and Associations

3

  • There are various societies in MAIT if you have some talented skills. You can have a pretty good chance to explore your talent

Entrance Exams & Admissions : IPU CET Exam is held for admission. Cutoff rank for MAIT in 2010 was around 4000 for the last general student in the 1st shift for any branch. But as seats have increased now, The cut off rank would have increased. I have written the following exams: AIEEE, IIT, BITSAT, IPU CET, VIT.
