MAIT is a fab college literally, fab infrastructure and faculty is good enough. there are 2 hostels one inside hostel only for boys and one out door hostel that is maharaja sadan only for girls. There are numbers of PG's out side the college ranging from Rs 5 thousand per month to 8-10 thousand per month.
There are 2 canteens in college one is big and another one is bit small as compare to it. Quality is good enough.
Library is very very good and large , contain large collection of books , jounrals , research papers etc. some books are 20 -20 year old classrooms are big contain capacity of 60-70 students. labs are optimum in number and in quality, equipments are many in numbers exactly 2-3 student per instruments, there is no wifi , only for hostel student that time for 5 PM to 8 AM
there is a vast play ground , hang-out places are few in number around the college but because the college has direct connectivity to METRO so the students can go any where
There is a In-door badmintoon play ground
One amphy-theater that is open theater openig and one of the time pass view for the students
there is one AMUL DAIRY in college campus that is one of the house full center for students for coffee, lassi , chai , chach etc .
To me, MAIT is a fab college literally, fab infrastructure and faculty is good enough especially faculty of IT, ECE and EEE are excellent. About placement it is extremely good as compare to local colleges at Delhi-NCR and other technical colleges of IPU about building the building a good enough, each BTech branch is given a block 1 block CSE 2 block MAE(mechanical and automation) 3 block common block for all consisting labs and office of DEAN 4 block ECE 5 block MAIMS(Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management studies) ie MBA, BBA 6 block EEE 7 block MAIMS(Maharaja Aagrasen Institute of Management studies)ie BJMC, B.Com etc 8 block IT there are many societies as well eg Aayyam (dramatic society) music society fashion society literature society FIM (western dance society){Funk in motion} AURA (Dance society) there is also a big auditorium known as MAHARAJA AGRASEN AUDITORIUM and a small audi there is a hangout place in college campus as well known as Amphy theater, in front of the playground. there is a big IN-DOOR BADMINTON playground since of many specialties, there are many drawbacks as well like an authority of college is more concern about academic sphere and they are unsupportive toward societies small ground not a playing field for cricket, basketball, volleyball, there is an attendance problem as well in faculty there is a single basketball set is present and on a temporary basis, they put up 2 volleyball set up yes there is 2 canteens as well one a big one on the basement of big audi and another at the end of the blocks

Entrance Exams & Admissions : IPU CET Exam is held for admission. Cutoff rank for MAIT in 2010 was around 4000 for the last general student in the 1st shift for any branch. But as seats have increased now, The cut off rank would have increased. I have written the following exams: AIEEE, IIT, BITSAT, IPU CET, VIT.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Anyone who has passed his 12th standard and below 27 can fill up the admission form and appear in the Common Entrance test(CET). The basic cutoff you can be admitted to various colleges affiliated to GGSIPU According to your rank scored in CET. If you are from Delhi you can have an upper hand on the students coming from out Delhi region as there is a special quota of 85% seats reserved for Delhi people. The cutoff is usually higher for outside Delhi region people. All the best to all of you out there if you are planning to appear for the CET.
Academics & Faculty : The institute has well qualified faculty, with majority having good industry experience. The timings were convenient, and the professors are easily approachable.
