College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

The classrooms and Labs are well furnished and the facilties are up to date. It has a good infrastucture where no one can say any negative comments.. The College does not have the transport facilities but it has four hostels where more than 1000 cann accomodate.
Academics and Faculty

Classes works from 8am to 1pm for morning college and 1.30 to 5.30 for evening college. It is an autonomous institution. the college management is FMM sisters. All UG courses are available. Most of the teachers are doctorate and hence they have very good knowledge over the subject and the quality of teaching is the best..It is one of the best womens college in chennai, Tamilnadu. Prof are available to the students irrespective of the class hours. Stella Maris is the best womens college to be preferred if you are interested in doing arts and science.

The College not only focusses on academics but also gives importance for sports and Recreation. College gives an option not only to excel in studies but in sports too. The studnets have won first prize in several games. there are various clubs where students are welcomed to take part and unleash their talents.
