NCC,RED CROSS are the clubs in our college.
Only cultural festivals are conducted once in a year.
The life is not too good not too bad at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, [SVCET] Thiruvallur.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION:

Separate hostels for boys and girls.
The fee is about 60,000 rupees per year.
Lab and classrooms are good but restrooms have to be repaired and library should increase the books level.
It costs about 30 rupees per meal at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology, [SVCET] Thiruvallur.
No wifi faculty in our college.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND ADMISSION PROCESS:

Candidate must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute to get admission in this college. No separate entrance exam is conducted. Management quota seats are also available.

PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK:

We have better placements and many reputed companies hire our students with an average salary of INR 3 lakhs per annum.

FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP:

Scholarships are available. The fee is INR 75,000 - 1,10,000 per annum. The education loan can be availed by any bank.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY:

The class starts at 8.30 am and ends at 3.15 pm. Three cycle tests are conducted per semester. The quality and method of teaching are good.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION:

The hostel rooms are very well maintained and its fee is included in the annual fee. Quality of classrooms is best.

The management is free to students no restrictions on dress code, hairstyles or beard. Cell phones are allowed.
