Placements and Internships
- I am yet to finish my engineering but have got placed in 2 companies namely Capgemini and cognizant with a CTC of 3.1 and 3.35 lakh/pa respectively.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- In SIT, we have 2 buildings. One canteen and a mess. The food is great.
- The infrastructure is good in School of Engineering and Technology, [SET] Bangalore.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- There was no much eligibility criteria for School of Engineering and Technology, [SET] Bangalore. I took my admission through management quota.
- The cutoffs for the course is 75% in 12th.
Academics and Faculty
- The daily routine is quite hectic with classes from 9-3:30 with 2 breaks in between. The number of assignments is less but we have pretty good projects given to us. Some teachers are really good in teaching but the overall experience is good in School of Engineering and Technology, [SET] Bangalore.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee when I got admitted was INR 1,38,000 +20000 bus fee in School of Engineering and Technology, [SET] Bangalore.
- Not many students avail scholarship.
Clubs and Associations
- There are many clubs in SIT. Many fests are conducted, the major one is infinity and dristhi, Sports day.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The student must pass the 12th-grade with good percentage. KCET is the entrance exam to get the admission in this college in 2014. The recently updated procedure is to write JET entrance exam to get the admission in this college.
