I took the cat for admission in IPU for Northern India Engineering College .

The cutoff was pretty high but I managed to get into Northern India Engineering College.

Yeah the classes and teachers are awesome. Very supportive and understanding. They have great teaching methods and have adequate knowledge about their subjects.

There are two shifts, one starting from 8.15am and the other one starting from 10.00pm in Northern India Engineering College.
Fees and Scholarships

The fees is Rs. 1 lakh per annum approx (a little less than that) Northern India Engineering College.

I don't think there is any scholarship available from the college but you can avail from other resources if you can.

And I really don't know about the loan.
