Entrance Exams & Admissions : I am studying at a government engineering college. As the name sounds engineering, to get admission you have to appear for JEE MAIN entrance examination which is conducted every year by the central board of secondary students for students studying in 12th grade. There is no fixed cut off, each year they select 2 lakhs students out of 12 lakh appearing students. The exam contains multiple choice questions and you can either give the exam online or offline.
