Jedidiah Bharan Burri's Review on Bapatla Engineering College, Bapatla Education Society

I've done my graduation in Civil engineering at Bapatla Engineering College and to be frank the placements in my core branch are unfortunately poor.

However, the placements in Software streams like IT and CSE have better placement opportunities compared to Civil Engineering and you can apply for them. We have to pay the placement fee of Rs.1500 to the college  to participate in the Placements.

The college doesn't provide any internship programs.

Bapatla Engineering College has excellent buildings for each department and an auditorium for each department. The architecture of each department is excellent.

It has one of the best Libraries in A.P including a digital Library. 

The college has the best canteen.

It has also got the best labs for each department.

Overall the college has a satisfactory infrastructure.

Bapatla Engineering College, Guntur is a Private Engineering College in Andhra Pradesh and all the admissions to the private engineering colleges and universities of Andhra Pradesh are done through a common Entrance Exam Called AP-EAMCET.

The admission into a particular college requires a specific rank in the entrance test and each college has a cut off rank in every stream in each category (OC.OBC,SC,ST etc.).

The fees in Bapatla Engineering College is Rs.75,000 per Semester. The college has a girls hostel and the fee is Rs.10000 per annum and the mess fee is to be paid

The students who are applicable for the fee reimbursement and scholarship(according to the rules as laid down by Govt.of AP) can get their scholarship.

In Bapatla Engineering College there is a cultural group called CCA which is run by students on behalf of the college and represents the college.

Apart from them, there are no clubs and associations. But in the college students can form small clubs to promote and create awareness among the students in various technical,educational and cultural aspects.
