Placements and Internships
- Students have to apply outside the campus for their jobs.
- Alumni network is good but till now they come to discuss problems only but not with the solutions.
Academics and Faculty
- Our daily schedule time is from 10 am to 1:20 pm for theory classes and from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm for practical classes. Mostly our exams are on time but our results come out after a year. We are not asked to make any assignments or projects in first three years but for the marks point of view we need to submit a project in final year.
- Quality and method is discussed when there are teachers to teach. we hardly have 2 lecturers in each stream. And this government college pays their staffs just to show their face to students.
Fees and Scholarships
- Fees are not so high. Means we hardly pay Rs 25000 per annum as a course fee.
- Scholarships are also available bt mostly for SC and ST students. Who they need It most, never get. Government provides scholarships.
- In a batch of 200, 40 get the scholarship amount i.e. half of academic fee.
- Although here students don't apply for loans but we have option from UCO BANK.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for joining Bhagalpur College of Engineering is clearing the BCECE exam with good rank for B.Tech course. The cut-off for my course is 400 AIR in which I scored 111 AIR.
