Entrance Exams & Admissions : For B.Tech, Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) admission eligibility is through JEE Main. The eligibility is 10+2, with 80% of marks. Besides that, the stream selection for the course is based on your JEE rank. Basically, 80% of the seats are filled through JEE mains marks, while the remaining 20% are allotted through the college level counseling based on the merit list of the qualifying examination marks.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Getting into Jaypee university is a student have to clear JEE MAIN within the cutoff criteria. When I got admitted, our rank was based on 60% in JEE MAIN score and 40 % in CBSE boards score. Ultimately as student needs to be a balance in competitive exam like JEE and as well good in CBSE.
