- Companies like snapdeal, textbook, amazon, flipkart, shopperstop come to our campus.
- Average salary figure is Rs 5 lakhs per annum and highest is Rs 10 lakhs per annum.
- I have no idea about alumni network.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are two hostels. One for boys and one for girls. They are quite good. Hostel fee per month is approx Rs 9000.
- Outside college pg's are good and per month cost depends upon the BHK and number of roomates.
- Food in college is okey. It costs vary. I dont find worthy eating in college canteen. Most of the time they don't provide good food.
- Quality of classrooms are nice. But the wifi facility is horrible which creates lot of problems.
Academics and Faculty
- The class starts at 9:30 am and over at 5 or 6 pm. The evaluation is based on submissions and practicals. We have more of travel based assignments.
- The quality of teaching is good and practical based.
- The overall experience in college is being very busy with the assignments and every other assignment needs lot of money to be spend upon.
Fees and Scholarships
- My course fee for B.Des degree at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai is around Rs 2,00,000 per annum which has 10% increment every year.
- The scholarship is available only for reservation category.
- The average number of students who get a scholarship is 5 to 6.
- Loans are needed. They are availed quite easily. Banks can be Union Bank of India. I am also studying by loan from HDFC bank.
