College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- St Stephens college is one of the oldest colleges of Delhi. It is one of the cleanest colleges of Delhi university.
- The College provides ample facilities for development of an integrated personality.
- It has a fine library containing more than ninety thousand books.
- The College playing fields for outdoor games are situated outside the Old City Wall between Kashmere Gate & Mori Gate while there are facilities for playing tennis, basketball and soccer on the College Campus.
- The Francis Monk Gymnasium, the Junior Common Room and the Ladies Common Room provide facilities for gymnastics, badminton, squash, table tennis and other indoor games.
Academics and Faculty
- St Stephens college has an excellent teaching faculty. All the teachers are very dedicated and supportive.
- Classes start at 8:40 in the morning and end around 3 pm.
- First year students have a there assembly at 9:05 am which is often conducted by alumni batch.

- St Stephens college is exceptionally famous for its societies and there events.
- The college gives every student the oppurtunity to join any society at any point of year.
- All the societies are active throughout the year and organises very interesting events.
- The self-motivated and ceaseless activities of over two dozen clubs and societies constitute a very important part of College life and offer a large variety of avenues for self expression.
- For each subject there is a Society that sponsors extra-curricular lectures and discussion and, in general, tries to stimulate interest in the subject.

Academics & Faculty : The classes and project are very tiring in the daily routine. The quality of teaching is very high level and advanced that makes it very difficult to comprehend. We need to refer so many books but still the exams are tough to do. College apart from academics is fun.

Academics & Faculty : The classes at begin at 9:35 am and the maximum goes till 5 pm. Quality and method of teaching is quite fine. Overall experience in college is very nice, lots to learn and improve over myself.
Academics & Faculty : The regular class timings are 8:40am till 1:15 pm wherein each lecture takes an hour. The college that I am pursuing my B.A(honours) degree from, St.Stephen's College, is a semi autonomous college that is affiliated to the University of Delhi and is one of the most prestigious colleges of India. The degree programme follows a semester system. I am in the final semester, presently. Every semester consists of projects and assignments. The theory paper constitutes of 75 marks and the internals constitute of 25 marks, wherein the internals comprises of projects/test of 10 marks and assignments of 15 marks, depending upon however way the Professors wish to segregate the division of marks. The quality of teaching is extremely serious and intellectual. They just mean academic business. The teaching methods are very fine.
