No internship yet because I haven't applied for any. There are many key companies like Microsoft, Wipro and many more that come to our campus. And average salary per year is 5 to 6 lacs and the highest is 14 lacs. Smit has a very strong alumni network.

2 hostels are here. Hostels are good and the cost of the hostel is 40000 per semester which means for six months. PGs are also available but they cost as same as a hostel. Food is not good at all it will cost 68772 per semester. The quality of classrooms, labs, libraries, dining halls, and Wi-Fi are good.

For taking admission in Sikkim Manipal institute of technology you have to clear entrance exam then you will able to take admission and if you give any mains exam then also you are able to take admission. Cutoffs of my course is a minimum of 7 out of 10.

We have to attend 9 to 1 class then after lunch from 2 to 5 it's a daily routine including labs and all. Projects and assignments were also given to us. And there are 2 sessional exams, 2 tests, and 1 final exam. The quality of teaching is fine not that good but it's fine. Overall experience is not that good but not that bad also.

My course fee is 3 lacs and 5 thousand excluding hostel and mess fees. There are not many scholarships for every student only for Sikkim people, people who come from outside of Sikkim doesn't get any scholarship. Yes, loans are needed for many students as the fee isso high in this college but they can't be easily availed. We have to do many processes for it then only the college allows for the loan.

There are different types of societies and clubs in our college. The main festival is kalrav. Life is good because of the surroundings. The surrounding is full of nature.
