Placements and Internships

3

Internships offered are quite down market where you hardly get anything close to 5-6k, and as far as companies are concerned you have various options like the local Pune companies and some leading ones like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Tata, etc.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

5

College does provide you hostel and fees per month is close to Rs. 10000 per month. PGs are available nearby and according to one of my classmate he used to pay close to Rs. 5000-7000 for it. Food for 1 day will cost you around Rs. 70 per plate. College does provide you intelligent and advanced classrooms, labs, library, dinings halls, an open cafeteria, multiple canteens in the campus itself. Wi-fi is available. There are power sockets to charge your phone as well as all classes are air conditioned.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Admission process is super easy, as you just need to score above 60% in your 12th standard, and you should be financially strong to pay the high fees on time as if you fail to do so they won't let you appear for examinations.

Academics and Faculty

5

Class timings are the best starting from morning 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. Unfortunately there's no lunch break in between but you do have tiny tea breaks of 10 mins post every lecture. When it comes to quality, DY is in real terms an INTERNATIONAL university, it offers supreme quality, ultra modern classes and AV learning is provided.

Fees and Scholarships

1.5

Fees as of 2022 is Rs. 50,000 per semester and you have 6 semesters in total. Overall its Rs. 3,00,000. They barely offer any scholarship and are very particular when its comes to monetary support, don't expect any scholarship from here. I have no idea about loan.

Clubs and Associations

4

Im myself in all the clubs of DYPIU including the leading ones like LASUX-V ( Organizing cultural events ) UNDER25 DYPIU ( famous one and the best organizing event club ) CODECHEF ( for the once who love coding ) and many more. Festivals aren't in plenty but there's always something organized by some or the other college like there's engg, architecture, Btech, BCA which are in the our campus itself and so events are open for everyone. We, as of now, don't have any specialized event as its a new college but you do have an event week somewhere around February to enjoy. College life in general is good, it's stress free.
