I did industrial training from Parle in 3rd year and did an online internship at Intellify under Internshala. There are stipend internships also available in some cases. About 80% of students are placed in various reputed companies like Cocacola, Parle, Amul, Nestle, Keventer, etc. Food sector is our core industry. Jobs are available in the quality department, production department, FSMS department, etc.

The hostel is in good condition and has well facilities. The security system is also very strict. The food provided to the students is hygienic and tasty. The college has wonderful infrastructure and facilities. Labs have modern equipment and machines. The whole campus is under CCTV. WIFI is available in the campus.

I took admission to this college through WBJEE counseling. Cutoffs rank is varied every year. Generally, after 3rd round of counseling, upto 50000 can be easily got a chance in food technology.

There are two unit tests exam every semester and one final semester exam. Apart from the exam, students have to submit and follow regular basis assignments and projects. The college has lovely infrastructure and facilities. All the teachers are very helpful and try their level best to guide us. It is the best place for learning.

It is about 4 lakhs for 4 years B.tech course (8 semesters are there). Scholarship facilities and loan facilities are also there.

Every year in February, the cultural fest, named Zyzva, and the tech fest, called TESSERACT, occur in March. These are an excellent platform for the students to showcase their talent.
