Students can apply for numerous internship programs on behalf of the college, they also have an online platform named Internshala for conducting internships. Students can apply for any Government/Private scholarship through college if they are eligible, and after completion of the workshop and internship, they offer participation certificate and stipend if your live project is granted by host company.

we have a strong Alumni network and good guidance for the job. College conducts a large campus placements every year with various companies like TCS, Infosys Ltd,Capgemini etc. More than 85% students are placed there per year. CSE, ECE, IT, FT have a large number of successes.

The College has a well-planned infrastructure. It has good quality classrooms and laboratories. Libraries with a large collection of text  and reference books with online support. The college also has Hostel facilities for students and there are also PG/messes from where students can go to college regularly and they all are within 5 to 10 minutes walk distance from the college campus. The college has its own canteen. Hostel rooms and food facilities are well-maintained and cost is also reasonable (Rs. 21,000 per Semester).

Any Student completed 10+2 board exam and appeared in any entrance exam (WBJEE/JEEMain/AMPAI) is eligible for admission under the B.Tech course of this college. Admission procedure is very easy and fair, they offer admission through counselling and also spot admission and also fees is reasonable and under Government act. I attended WBJEE and got admission in Computer Science & Engineering under B.Tech Program.

Faculties are true professionals. They always complete the syllabus on a regular basis program. Assignments are also valued. Examination process followed the instruction of MAKAUT and the faculties are very careful about it. Along with the final semester project, students can participate in any innovative project, program or MOOCs course.

Professional teaching with book bank support from the library along with online support is really fine for a student to get his appropriate study material. Along with classroom teaching, teachers are always available on WhatsApp, gmail or your official group for any queries.

Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, [GNIT] Kolkata fee structure. My course, Computer Science & Engineering (b.tech) costs nearly INR 1 Lakh per year. Various scholarships like Kanyashri Prakalpa, Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship, MAKAUT Student Welfare Scholarship, OASIS Scholarship for Backeward classes(SC/ST/OBC) are offered to students. All eligible students get the scholarship. In our batch, all eligible students (35 out of 134) received a scholarship. College is always helpful for any financial purpose. Any student can take study loan from any branch of any bank and pay college fees by draft.

The students are very friendly. Along with academic participation, we can participate in different clubs like GNIT space club and BIt2Byte community created by our Alumnies. Various cultural fests and sports are held in our college. Annual Fest, Annual sport, Techfest, Quiz, Coding & Ethical Hacking Competition etc are held. Also, our college participates in various social work like National Women's day, Parents day, Planting in National environment day, Health day under NSS.

Overall the college has peaceful and large premises ideal for a student to build up academic along with social career under professional teachers and expert guidance.
