Placements and Internships
- GEC provides internships after the 2nd year for every student regularly. I have done one internship in cybersecurity.
- Many MNCs companies like Capejmini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, TCS, BYJU's, Mobiloitte, Collbera, HCL, planet spark, etc., come for placements.
- The average package is INR 10 lakh, and the highest package is INR 17 lakh.
- Our college alumni network is good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are four hostels, three for boys and 1 for girls. They provide internet facilities. The hostel fees is INR 56,000 per year.
- There are PGs available near the college.
- The food quality is good, and they provide the students with hygiene food in a mess.
- GEC provides smart classes, smart labs with all equipements and gadgets which are required for the practicals. In addition, we have simple and digital libraries with internet facilities, and dining halls are also provided.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Students who want to take admission in GEC must secure a minimum of 45% marks in the 12th class and clear the JEE Main Exam.
- The students must clear the exam because it is mandatory for all those who want to take admission in this course.
- The admission process involves clearing the JEE Main exam students, going for counselling, and finally taking admission.
Academics and Faculty
- GEC follows the daily routine strictly. Teachers give projects, assignments and conduct competitions regularly. The exams are conducted on time.
- The quality of the teaching is good compared to other colleges in the area. They follow a
- simple, easy and effective teaching method. The students can understand the lessons easily.
Fees and Scholarships

- Students can obtain scholarships, and the criteria are:
- If they get 60% marks in the 12th class, then they'll get INR 16,000.
- If they get above 80% marks in the 12th class, then they'll get INR 26,000.
- If they get above 90% marks in the 12th class, then they'll get INR 56,000.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The students must have passed +2 with science stream. The typical cutoff to get enrolled in B.Tech in GEC is at least 60 percent mark in PCM (physics,chemistry,maths) in 12th board.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Students who are giving JEE and achieving nice scores in their exams can take admission based on their JEE results. Many of the students are giving Join Entrance Exams, and a few of them are selected for IIT's and MNIT's. Geeta Engineering College is also one of the colleges where anyone who wants to become an engineer can take admission through their overall ranking in JEE mains. Students with marks above 60% in their 12th class can take admission through Interview.
