Academics & Faculty : National Law School of India University is one of the stalwart institutions of India in the field of Law. It was established in 1987, with the motive to promote innovation and creativity in Judiciary. The admission can be sought by appearing for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Other such information can be gathered by visiting college's website nls.ac.in. The daily routine of an undergrad, the classes are held on a daily basis, of 4 hours generally, timings are from 8:50 AM. Special classes can be held after a daily dose of classes. The University follows the exam pattern as Trimester System. One Trimester is 3 months. Exams are held in 2 halves- Mid-Term Exams( in the mid of a Trimester) and End Term Exams. There are 4 subjects per Trimester. Special single courses of optional nature are also available. Projects are to be made compulsorily for all the subjects. One has freedom of choosing one's own topic.
