Students get placed at various well known companies after finishing their course. A few notable alumni are actors Prakash Raj, Dino Morea and Sri Sri Ravishankar (spiritual leader).

• The college provides a hostel only for the boys 
• there are many PG's around the area of the college for women that provide food for them as well and are at an affordable rate for staying.
• the college has a canteen of its own with 4-5 different stalls providing different foods at each stall, and one could get a good full course meal at below 100 rupees. 
• the classrooms are big, spacious, well ventilated and equipped, the same applies to the labs as well 
• college wifi is provided to the students on campus.

• The eligibility criteria for the admission of this course at this college is that you should have completed your secondary education i.e. your 11th and 12th grade in any board , and must have an overall percentage of atleast 70%
• The college doesn't offer any entrance examinations of its own, but a formal interview will be held while applying for the course, where a few basic questions will be asked. 
• The cut offs for the course are at about 70-75%

• Classes start from 9 am and end at usually 3-4 pm or sometimes 5pm if you have lab hours that day . 
• the college believes that teaching can be done without books and they stick to that, as most of the teaching is done through either powerpoint presentations or by the teachers personal notes that are usually provided to us. 
• the college has very good faculty, and will help you with anything academically if needed, the college also always has some or the other cultural fest happening so along with studies you also get to have fun at the same time .

• Botany degree fees vary depending on the course, the government aided courses are of a lesser cost when compared to non aided courses

• Almost all the departments in the college have their own club , and anyone can join the club as per their interest , and every club or association plays a major part in every fest that is held in college. 
• The main fests on campus are cultural ones.
• life in college is very fun, you have your academic time and you also get your free time where you are free to roam about and/or relax in the college campus .
