Unified International English Olympiad 2024

Nearly 195 countries speak English globally, and learning English creates a platform to share knowledge and communicate with people other than the home country. Most of the books, articles, and web pages are in the English language. The UIEO exam assesses the verbal abilities in the English language among school students.

What is the Unified International English Olympiad (UIEO)?

The Unified International English Olympiad is conducted on two days every year, and the interested candidates can apply through their respective schools, and no individual participants are encouraged.

UIEO also tests the student's language skills as it is the key to identifying and measuring a student's educational achievement. The Unified Olympiads have enhanced the UIEO exam by making it easier to learn and master English easily and quickly.

UIEO 2024 Application Form

The registrations are accepted by the Unified Council for UIEO Olympiad 2023 from July to November 2023. For the UIEO Exam, no individual participation is encouraged.

Some of the important registration details are listed below.

• The tentative last date for receiving an application will be October 2023.
• Students participating through their schools have to approach their respective school coordinators for UIEO registration. The school can make payment of fees for all participating students via a demand draft.
• The exam fee for each participant is INR 150. If students have to get question papers from the previous year, they need to pay an extra amount of INR 80 for a question paper set.
• Students from classes 2 to 10 can participate in the UIEO examination.

UIEO 2024 Syllabus

UIEO 2024 syllabus covers all the aspects of English language requirements. And the questions papers designed are separate for each class, especially based on language ability and proficiency. There are a different number of questions based on class.

• The UIEO syllabus is based on the Indian curriculum for different classes. It helps in effective preparation for the Olympiad Exams.

UIEO 2024 Sample Papers

UIEO sample papers are made available for download on the Unified Council website. Once the student has completed the preparation, they can assess themselves by practicing UIEO books that contain sample test papers.

• Practicing the sample papers are designed based on the previous year's papers by the unified council. UIEO sample papers for all the classes will help students prepare for the final exams.
• The Unified Council English Olympiad sample papers are available with solutions that offer a hands-on review of the subject-specific questions.

UIEO 2024 Admit Card

Registered candidates can download their UIEO Admit card from the official website. The students who have applied can download the admit cards for the exam.

• The UIEO 2024 admit card will be released a few weeks before the exam date. The UIEO 2024 admit card contains information such as a student's name, exam date, exam center, registration number, and class.
• Students are requested to carry a hard copy of the hall ticket to the examination center and their school id card for verification. Students without an ID or a hard copy of the admit card will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
• The UIEO 2024 admit card for the registered candidates will be sent to the respective schools.
• The enrollment number on the admit card is very important at the time of the result.

UIEO 2024 Result

The time interval between publishing the UIEO results is about 45-60 days.

• Once the results have been revealed, the results can be downloaded to the Unified Council's official website. UIEO 2024 results are given in student performance reports, awards, certificates, and a result card. SPRs are given to individual students with subject-wise marks, and subject-wise overall ranking at the national level.
• As UIEO conducts exams every year, its performance report can foster their language skills and literacy. They can rewrite their examination in the coming year.
• SPR can be downloaded online using the registration number and will also be sent to the school.

UIEO 2024 Awards

To increase the sense of achievement and motivate students to perform better, UIEO awards and certificates are distributed. The UIEO awards are distributed on different parameters, and the scores are obtained by students in the Olympiad Exam.

• The Unified Council awards cash prizes, in-kind prizes, and certificates varying from student's merit and performance.
• The UIEO awards are based on different criteria, and the prizes are given accordingly.
