Humming Bird Foundation conducts the registration process under two distinct modes. The procedures include registration through school and individual registration. The registration process begins in early June and ends in August or September. Humming Bird approves both online and offline methods of registration for the Humming Bird Spell Bee Olympiad. Humming Bird Spell Bee 2024 Registration Highlights

Humming Bird Spell Bee 2024 Registration Process

The Humming Bird registration process includes submitting two application forms that comprise the parent consent form and registration booklet. Parent consent forms are supposed to be filled only by the parents or guardians. Each candidate should submit the parent consent form. Besides, students should fill in the mandatory details in the registration form, including the school name, student name, class & section, roll number, and signature.

The registration booklet is the second part of school registration. The registration booklet is the official document utilised by the school to enrol itself as an examination centre for Spell Bee and other exams administered by Humming Bird Education (P) Ltd.

The registration booklet is divided into 2 parts: the school registration form and the student registration form.

School Registration Form

• This form is to be used by the school coordinator for registering itself as a centre for the olympiad. The form is to be filled only with block letters, and the school has to follow the instructions strictly written on the form.
• The details which need to be filled in by the school are the name of the school, school address & PIN, phone number (both landline with STD code and mobile number), email id, and details of the principal (name, email id, and mobile number), details of the school coordinator (name, email id, and mobile number), and preferred payment option.

Student Registration Form

• The school coordinator should fill out the student registration form once all students submit their parent consent form.
• Details to be filled in the student registration form are the student's name, class & section, and the olympiad's name.

Humming Bird Spell Bee Individual Registration

Students can now apply for the Humming Bird Spell Bee online through their official website. If candidates are having doubts about how to apply, the steps for the same are given below.

Given below are the steps to apply for Humming Bird Spell Bee Olympiad through individual registration.

• To apply online, firstly, students should visit the official website of Humming Bird Education.
• The candidates need to click on "Olympiad on the home page."
• Students need to select the Spell Bee exam under the Olympiads.
• On the Spell Bee home page, the candidates can view the details of the exam.
• Now, click on individual student registration.
• Pupils can view the instructions and registration form.
• Students are supposed to fill in the registration details and click submit.
• The individual registration form details include name, mobile number, email id, date of birth, parent name, and address.

Humming Bird Spell Bee Application Fees

The coordinator is responsible for sending the registration form to Humming Bird Education after attaching the consent form and registration booklet along with the participants' registration fees. The registration fee for the Spell Bee competition is INR 200 per student and INR 500 for international students to apply.

Humming Bird offers concept-building books that are optional. Interested students can enrol their names for concept building books, which they want to order, and enclose an appropriate extra amount with the parent consent form. The cost of the workbook is INR 120 per student. The school coordinator should specify the number of concept-building books being ordered by the school in the HummingBird Spell Bee 2024 registration form.

Concept building books are available for the following exams.

• International Mathematics Olympiad (HMO)
• International Science Olympiad (HSO)
• International Spelling Bee Competition (SpellB)

Humming Bird Spell Bee Payment Method

Humming Bird accepts both online and offline methods of payment.
