Humming Bird Cyber Olympiad 2024 Registration Dates

Humming Bird Cyber Olympiad registration dates commence in the month of July, and the deadline falls 30 days before the chosen exam date. 

Given below are the important dates of Humming Bird HCO.

HCO 2024 Registration Forms

The candidate must be from a participating school that should be affiliated to either ICSE, CBSE, or State Board. The candidate should be a student of any class from 1 to 12. Two forms need to be filled when a student wants to appear for HCO 2024.

The two forms are given below.

• HCO Parent Consent Form
• HCO Registration Booklet

HCO Parent Consent Form

The parent consent form is to be filled out by a parent. Parents have to tick checkboxes to specify which exams the student wants to appear for and enclose the amount (of money) depending on the number of exams the student plans to write.

Details to be filled in this form are the school's name, student's name, class & section, class roll number, amount paid, and the parent's name & signature.

HCO Registration Booklet

The registration booklet is the school's official document to register itself (as an examination centre for HCO) and its students for the different exams conducted by Humming Bird Education (P) Ltd.

The registration booklet is divided into two parts.

• HCO School Registration Form
• HCO Student Registration Form

HCO School Registration Form

The school will use this form for registering itself as a centre for the Olympiad. The form is to be filled only with block letters, and the school has to follow the instructions written on the form.

Details that need to be filled in by the school are the name of the school, school address, phone number, email id, details of the principal (name, email id, and mobile number), details of the school coordinator (name, email id, and mobile number), and payment option.

HCO Student Registration Form

The student registration form is filled out by the school coordinator once all students submit their parent consent form. Details such as the student's name, class & section, and the exam they are attempting will be filled in this form.

Coordinators also have to indicate the number of concept building books being ordered by the school's school registration form. Each book costs Rs.120. Concept building books are available for preparation for the following exams.

• International Mathematics Olympiad (HMO)
• International Science Olympiad (HSO)
• International Spelling Bee Competition (SpellB)

Humming Bird Cyber Olympiad Payment Method

HCO registration fees for students from India is Rs.200, and for International students are 8 USD. Schools can pay registration fees and the cost of building books using two methods.

Below are the HCO payment methods.

• Online Payment for HCO: In case the school is paying the fees online, the payment has to be done to the following bank account

In case of online payment, the school may scan the registration form, or the school can fill the details in an excel sheet and mail it at info@hummingbirdeducation.com.

• Offline Payment for HCO: They can post the registration booklet along with the demand draft (DD) for the appropriate amount to Humming Education Ltd., Unit No. 705, 7th Floor, Plot No. B-08, Netaji Subash Palace, Pitampura, New Delhi- 110034.

The demand draft is to be taken in favour of HUMMINGBIRD EDUCATION LTD. payable in New Delhi.
