  • About: About IAS exam, Indian Administrative Service (IAS) is the most reputed examination of the nation. Union Public Service Commission conducts the Civil Service Examination for the recruitment of IAS officers, IPS officers, IFS officers, and several other posts.   • Payscale: The Positions and designations held by IAS officer in their career range from a level 10 of the pay matrix, which is from Rs. 56,100-Rs. 1,32,000 per month, to a level 18 of the pay matrix, which is 2,50,000 per month. UPSC IAS 2019 Application Process:

  • Mode: Candidates can apply online for UPSC IAS 2019 exam either online on the official website or offline after going through the IAS exam qualification.  

  • Application Fee: Except for general category male candidates, candidates belonging to all other categories are exempted from paying any application fee. The UPSC IAS 2019 Application Form fee for general category male candidates is INR 100.
