UPPCL 2023 Eligibility

Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited [UPPCL] has laid down certain eligibility criteria that a candidate needs to satisfy in order to appear for the UPPCL exam. Before filling up the application form, candidates should go through all these criteria. Listed below are the UPPCL JE 2023 eligibility criteria.

Age Limit

Candidates must have attained the age of 18 years, and must not be older than the age of 40 years, as of Jan 1, 2022.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have excellent knowledge of Hindi (Devanagari script). Candidates must produce a certificate from the head of the institution from which they have passed, or from a gazetted officer in Uttar Pradesh that they can read and write in Hindi (in the Devanagari script) with ease.

Candidates must have passed three years of diploma examinations in Civil Engineering awarded by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh recognized by the state government.

UPPCL 2023 Technician Electrical Post Eligibility

Candidates who wish to appear for the UPPCL 2023 Technician post must satisfy the following eligibility criteria in terms of age limit & educational qualification required for UPPCL Technician Recruitment 2023.

Age Limit

The age of the aspiring candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.

Educational Qualification

The required educational qualification specified by the conducting body of UPPCL is as follows. Candidates should have passed the 10th examination with Mathematics/ Science as a subject and should have obtained 2 years NCVT/SCVT approved certification, from the below trades.

  • Wireman
  • Electrician
  • Lineman
  • Electrical

UPPCL Assistant Accountant Posts Eligibility

Candidates who are willing to appear for the post of Assistant Accountant must meet the eligibility criteria in terms of age limit and educational qualification as mentioned below.

Age Limit

The age of the aspiring candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years.

The age of the aspiring candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must know the Devanagari Hindi script.
  • Candidates must have passed three years of Diploma examinations in Electrical Engineering awarded by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh or a Diploma, equivalent thereto, recognized by the State Government
  • Candidates must have passed three years of All India Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India
