UIDAI 2023 application form for various posts- Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Technical Officer, etc. will close on Sep 11, 2023. UIDAI application form 2023 can be accessed at uidai.gov.in. Candidates must at least have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field to apply for the post.

Candidates must not exceed 56 years of age at the time of closing of the application form. They must note that the application form must be submitted offline to the Director (HR), Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in Bengaluru.

UIDAI application form 2023 for the  Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Technical Officer, etc. will close on Sep 11, 2023. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree to be able to apply for the UIDAI exam. In case the applicant does not satisfy any of the criteria, then the exam authority has the right to reject their application form.

How to Apply for the UIDAI 2023 Exam?

The step by step process to apply for the UIDAI exam 2023 is given below:

  • Step 1: Candidates need to first visit the official website for the UIDAI NSEIT - uidai.nseitexams.com
  • Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the "Create New User" option and upload the "Aadhar e-KYC XML file" and "Share Code" obtained by Aadhar Official website. Then, click on the "Extract" button.
  • Step 3: Candidates should select the level of exam, which is the role of the desired certification. i.e. Operator/Supervisor or Child Enrollment Lite Client Operator.
  • Step 4: Candidates must select the education qualification, exam role, Enrollment agency code, exam language, personal email ID, preferred exam centre and then submit the UIDAI application form. Candidate must enter all the details correctly, as there is no correction window facility.
  • Step 5: Pay the application fee and complete the application process. Candidates can take the printout of the completed application form. The application form fee is given below.

Prerequisite Documents/Conditions for Registration

Before the UIDAI exam registration 2023 process, candidates must ensure that they have all the relevant documents for the post of Aadhaar Operator/ Supervisor/ CELC Operator.

  • Candidate must have a personal mobile number registered in Aadhaar for One Time Password Verification.
  • Candidate should have updated his/her latest coloured photograph in the Aadhaar in the last 3 months for verification on the exam date.
  • Candidates should make sure their Aadhaar number is not blacklisted by the UIDAI or any enrolment agency.
  • Candidate should be 18 years old as per the date of birth on Aadhaar card
  • Candidate should have the relevant educational documents required for the selected Certification Role.
  • Candidate should have the latest copy of e-Aadhaar downloaded after March 01, 2023, from the UIDAI portal with the latest photograph.
  • Candidate should have a valid Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking Facility to make the online UIDAI test/retest fee payment

UIDAI 2023 Application Fee

The fee for the UIDAI exam 2023 has to be paid online via credit/debit card, net banking or Challan of SBI bank any branch at the time of filling the application form. The UIDAI 2023 application fee is given as follows.

About UIDAI Exam

The UIDAI exam is conducted to certify individuals such that they can get employed under the Unique Identification Authority of India (under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology - meitY). The government of India has authorised National Stock Exchange for Information and Technology (NSEIT) to conduct the exam for granting certifications for different posts such as Supervisor, Operator and CELC operator, under UIDAI. This exam is commonly known as the Aadhar exam.

The roles and responsibilities of UIDAI include Aadhaar enrolment and authentication, dealing with the operation and management of the Aadhaar life cycle, the procedure for issuing the Aadhaar numbers to each individual Indian citizen and performing authentication and security of authentication records and identity details/information of individual citizens.

UIDAI 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to pursue their career as an Operator/ Supervisor/ CELC Operators should ensure they qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit as prescribed by the UIDAI. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the UIDAI aadhaar supervision exam 2023 are discussed below.

Educational Qualification

The minimum qualification for the post of Operator/Supervisor/CELC Operator is that the candidate should have at least qualified 12th grade from a recognized board of India.

Note: Only in case of CELC Operator, Aanganwadi/Asha workers with a minimum 10th qualification are eligible. UIDAI 2023 Eligibility has to be followed strictly, otherwise, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.

Age Limit

To be eligible to write the UIDAI exam, an applicant should be at least 18 years of age.

Other Requirements

  • Candidates must have an Aadhaar registered mobile number.
  • The candidate should not have been blacklisted by UIDAI.
  • Must have the latest copy of e-Aadhaar downloaded after January 01, 2019.
  • Should have Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC file, and the share code.

UIDAI 2023 Exam Pattern

Candidates who are interested to write the UIDAI aadhaar exam should have a clear idea about the new exam pattern for the post of Supervisor/Operator/CELC operator. The new exam structure/pattern was introduced by the Unique Identification Authority of India on January 24, 2019.

Candidates should score minimum marks to be qualified for each post. The detailed UIDAI aadhaar 2023 exam pattern is discussed below.

UIDAI Exam Pattern for Operator / Supervisor

If any candidate scores a mark equal to or more than 77 marks, then he/she is qualified to work as a Supervisor. If any candidate scores between 61 to 76, he/she is qualified to become an Operator. Candidates who have a score lesser than 61 marks are considered failed.

The total time duration of the exam is 110 minutes. There are a total of 9 modules in this exam.

UIDAI Exam Pattern for CELC Operator

To be qualified for the appointment as a Child Enrolment Lite Client (CELC) Operator, a candidate has to score a minimum of (19 marks) 55% marks in UIDAI 2023 Exam. Candidates who have a score lesser than 19 marks will be considered failed. The duration of the entire test is 50 minutes.
