TISS BAT 2023: Mock Test, Exam Dates, Syllabus, Eligibility

TISS BAT CUET UG 2023 application forms will be released soon in Feb 2023. TISS BAT 2023 exam tentatively will be conducted in 10 days periods from May 21 - May 31, 2023. TISS BAT 2023 results will be released tentatively on Jun 23, 2023. The reserved dates for the UG test, from Jun 1 to Jun 7, 2023, have also been announced by NTA.

Admission to UG programs at TISS BAT 2023 will be made using CUET 2023. From this academic session, admission to undergraduate courses at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) would be through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).

Tata Institute of Social Sciences conducts several national-level entrance examinations. TISS BAT is conducted for admission into undergraduate programs at the 3 TISS campuses: TISS Tuljapur Campus, TISS Tuljapur Campus, and TISS Guwahati Campus.

TISS BAT CUET UG 2023 exams will be held in two slots:

• Slot 1: 9:00 am to 12: 15 pm
• Slot 2: 3:00 pm to 6: 45 pm

TISS BAT 2023 Application Form

TISS BAT CUET UG 2023 registration will be opened by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in Feb 2023. TISS BAT 2023 application form through CUET was reopened by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on May 27, 2023. The last date to apply for the exam was May 31, 2023. Candidates can find the application form on the official website.

Registration

Candidates need to get themselves registered on the official website, which is www.tiss.edu. Aspirants need to first visit the ‘Admission’ page on the website and select the option of ‘BA Programmes’. After selecting the program, a new tab will open. Candidates need to enter their email IDs for the registration process. After successful registration, applicants will receive a mail regarding how to apply for TISS BAT 2023.

Application Form

After successful registration, candidates need to click on the link provided in the email received. After filling in the necessary details and uploading the required documents, applicants may pay the application fee. Mode of payment can be done through credit card/debit card, net banking, and offline.

• Step 1: Visit CUET's official website.
• Step 2: Following that, candidates must register on the official website by providing an email address and a password.
• Step 3: Candidates must fill out the application form with their personal and educational information.
• Step 4: Upload scanned photographs and signatures in the size and format required.
• Step 5: The application cost can be paid online.
• Step 6: For future reference, print out the application form.

• Availability: The eligible candidates can fill out TISS BAT application form 2023 through the official website. One can go to CUCET website to apply online options on the official site or go for CUCET app to complete their application process. 
• Registration: Online registration for TISS BAT 2023 needs to be done before filling out the application form on the official portal.
• Once the registration is complete the candidates will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number with the application form number. Candidates are expected to secure this application form number for all future references.

Uploading Documents

• Photograph Format: The candidate needs to update scanned photographs in .jpeg/.jpg format.
• Photograph Dimensions: Aspirants must upload their photographs with the dimensions 200 x 230 pixels.
• Photograph Size: Applicants need to make sure that the photograph size will be between 20kb to 50kb.
• Signature Format: The candidate needs to update the scanned signature in .jpeg/.jpg format.
• Signature Dimensions: Aspirants need to update their signature with dimensions that should be 140 x 60 pixels.
• Signature Size: The size of the scanned signature should be between 10kb - and 20kb.

Step 3: Program and Exam Centre Selection

Candidates are required to choose 4 test centres of their choice in order of preference. No candidates can change their test centre after the application submission is over. Select the universities and programmes for the entrance test. Candidates can apply to a maximum of three programmes.

Step 4: Payment Details

Payment can be made after uploading the photograph and signature and before the final submission of TISS BAT Application form. Steps involving Payment Details are as follows:

• Step 1: Candidates can pay the fee for TISS BAT 2023 exam through the Online method using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net banking. Candidates can pay the fee through offline mode by e-challan.
• Step 2: After successful payment, candidates have to check the information filled and finally submit CUCET 2023 application form and have a hard copy of the future reference.

Educational Qualification

The required educational qualification for TISS BAT is given below:

TISS BAT 2023 Cut Off

There is no official TISS BAT 2023 cut off declared by the admission cell. The cut-off score is decided by the last candidate's score who gets a call for admission. The cut off for TISS BAT keeps on changing every year due to a lot of factors such as:

TISS BAT 2023 Counselling

TISS BAT 2023 Counselling will take place after the result is announced. Candidates who have applied for BA in Social Work will be called for a personal interview in addition to the counselling process. • Candidates who have applied for BA in Social Sciences need to go through the counselling process. All the document verification will be done in this process.
• Candidates are called for counselling rank-wise and if seats are available then a waiting list is generated.
• Waitlisted candidates are called for the counselling process in the following weeks.
• All the candidates who have applied for BA in social work will go through a Personal Interview round. This round will be out of 50 marks.
