The RRB ALP Application Form 2025 is out on the website. It is available in online mode and the candidates need to follow the steps shared below to apply successfully for it. The application process commenced on Apr 12, 2025. However, the RRB ALP last date 2025 is May 19, 2025. The last date to apply may or may not be extended, depending on the decision taken by the commission.

After the application form window closes, the candidates will be able to make changes to their errors. However, only such candidates whose applications have been selected can make changes to their application forms.

The RRB ALP 2025 application fee is INR 500 for the General and OBC categories, while INR 250 for SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/Female/Transgender/Minorities/Economically backward class. In addition, the application correction window for the RRB ALP application forms will be activated later on by paying INR 250. Applicants must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the post before applying for the RRB ALP exam.

RRB ALP 2025 Application Link

RRB ALP 2025 application process is ongling. The link to apply for the RRB ALP 2025 is available on the official website of the participating RRBs. Students are supposed to register themselves and pay the application fee to appear for the exam.

The official website link for the RRBs participating in the ALP Recruitment is provided in the table below. Eligible candidates can apply for the recruitment under the latest notification.

RRB ALP 2025 Important Dates

The RRB ALP notification 2025 for the recruitment was released in April 2025. Interested candidates can check their RRB ALP 2025 eligibility criteria before applying. An overview of the important dates is provided in the table below. The exam and other related dates have also been shared below.

RRB ALP Application Form 2025 Details

The application form consists of two parts which can be filled out online only.

Part- 1: In Part I of the application page, provide the details of educational qualification, community, gender, religion, ex-servicemen, PWD, Minority, economically backward class, age relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details. Once Payment is done and the candidate gets the confirmation status, the candidate can start filling out Part II of the application.

Part- 2: In the Part II application page, fill in the details of:

• Scribe: Scribes are for PwD candidates only. Providing details of the Scribe is mandatory and is done by uploading his/her passport-size photograph. 
• Detailed Educational Qualification: Furnish all the relevant information on the qualification as required in the application. Further, candidates having Diploma / Degree qualifications have to select the trade from the drop-down list.
• Choice of Exam Language: English is the default language. In case the candidate wishes to choose any other language, then the same can be selected in addition to the drop-down list of languages in the application. If there is any difference between English and the opted language, the content from the English version stands as final.
• Uploading of colour Photograph: Select the "Upload Photo" tab and upload your coloured photograph. The photograph should comply with the following requirements: 
  • The colour passport photograph should have a white/light colour background.
  • The dimensions of the photograph should be 35mm X 45mm with the name and date printed on it.
  • It should be in JPG/JPEG format scanned with 100 DPI.
  • The size of the photograph should be between 15-40 KB
  • The colour photograph must have been taken on or after Dec, 1 of the previous year, in a professional studio. Photographs taken using mobile and self-composed portraits may result in the rejection of the application.
  • The photo should have a clear front view of the candidate without a cap and sunglasses.
  • The face of the candidate should occupy at least 50% of the photograph with a full face view and the candidates should be looking at the camera directly.

RRB ALP 2025 Application Fee and Payment

Mode of Payment:

• Online mode: Candidates have to pay the fee online using a debit card, credit card or internet banking.
• Offline mode: The fee for the examination may also be paid by depositing at any SBI branch or any computerized post office after downloading a pre-printed Challan/Pay-ln-Slip from the official website

Remember you get your RRB ALP registration ID and password before paying the fee, so don’t consider that as the final step. Admit cards will be generated only for candidates who have completed the application process and paid the fee as well.

RRB ALP Application fee:

Candidates are required to pay an application fee while registering for the exam. The application fee details are provided in the table below.

Application fee refund:

Candidates eligible for examination fee refund who have chosen payment through SBI Challan or Post office Challan should provide the details of the beneficiary account in which they would like to receive the refund viz. Beneficiary name, Bank name, Account Number and IFSC Code in the online application.

RRB ALP Application Form Status

The RRB ALP application form  status link will be available for the candidates even after the application process is completed. Candidates can check the status of their application by entering their login user ID and password. In case of rejection, candidates can view the status and the reason for the rejection will also be stated.

RRB ALP Application Correction

The RRB ALP application form correction facility can be availed only twice by paying a non-refundable fee of INR 250/-. Candidates can access this facility from the official website. However, candidates will be able to edit only a few details. Some of the details such as name, gender, date of birth, and more cannot be modified.

RRB ALP Application Rejections

RRB ALP application forms have a good chance of getting rejected due to several reasons. Such as:

• Multiple application form submissions.
• False information provided.
• Invalid photograph uploaded.
• Debarred candidate's application.

RRB ALP Correction Window

The application correction window will be activated on the official website after the application process closes. Candidates are advised to carefully go through the applicaion forms and check for the mistakes and errors done. One must remember that once the objection window is closed, there shall be no opportunity given for the same under any circumstances.
